Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known role is that of Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant from the HBO show Big Love and Francine Hanson on the AMC show Mad Men. Anne Dudek, an American actress, is most well-known for her performance as Tiffany Wilson in 2004's comedy film White Chicks. Her other roles include her roles on television as Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek, who was raised in Massachusetts, attended Northwestern University and got her first stage role as a part-time actress in The Iphigenia Cycle. In New York City, the production was withdrawn from Broadway where Dudek was awarded the Joseph E. calloway award as well as American Theater Magazine profiled her as a young actor to follow. Dudek was offered roles on television and also on the large screen. A mother of two in front of the camera, the talented actress got married to Matthew Heller from 2008 to the year 2016. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts on March 22 1975, but grew up in Newton. Early in her life, Dudek was a student at Northwestern University and appeared in various stage performances. The actress's Broadway debut was with Wrong Mountain on Broadway in 2000. In the following year, she received the Connecticut Critics Circle Award in the recognition of her role in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group: A British Comedy-Drama was her debut in the world of television. She has also guest starred in a variety of other TV series including Desperate, Housewives, How I Met Your Mother and Friends Charmed Bones. In the pilot episode, Lucinda was portrayed by her. Then, the show Law & Order Criminal Intent she played a teacher that has a sexual affair with a child. Dudek then landed a recurring part on House beginning in its fourth season portraying Amber Volakis one of the doctors who are who are being considered to House, Dr. Gregory House for permanent roles in his team. She continued to portray her role throughout the whole season, but she was killed in the House's head and Wilson's heart two-part episode finale. In the following episode, she appeared in the season 5 episode Saviors from Season 5, as the hallucination of House. Dudek continued to appear as House for the remainder of the season. Dudek was later seen as a character on Mad Men, as the neighbor next door Francine Hanson. Also, she played the antagonistic spouse of Alby Grant on Big Love. Both roles were regular. Dudek joined Covert Affairs in 2010, portraying Danielle Brooks. She is the character's sister. Her other film roles include Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
